Social capital sharing means leveraging connections to access valuable support, resources, and fresh perspectives. This collective insight helps tackle "gravity problems" —challenges that feel hard to shift—by offering alternative paths and ideas, opening doors to new opportunities.

Why Your Voice Matters

International students often face challenges such as language barriers, cultural adjustments, and limited networking, which can lead to impostor syndrome and job search difficulties. Students pursuing careers abroad face similar barriers, like limited resources and networks.
